How do you authenticate products?

We work with licensed authenticators, who have authenticated thousands of items from luxury designer brands.

We meticulously inspect each item’s materials, stitching, hardware, symmetry, authenticity stamps, date codes / serial numbers, and overall craftsmanship and determine to be consistent with the manufacturer's specified quality requirements. If necessary, we compare the items with our on hand authentic reference or the data that we accumulated over the years. 

With such multi-step authentication process, we ensures that each piece is examined multiple times by our trained and licensed authenticators before the items are available on Purse Utopia.

What's your Return Policy?

All sales are considered final. Purse Utopia will facilitate no returns or exchanges of completed purchases.

Each item is purchased “AS IS”. While Purse Utopia provides a guarantee of authenticity, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee of workmanship. Should the purchased item show any kind of defects in the future, the cost of repairing the item falls solely with the buyer.

Why Do You Have A “Final Sale” Policy?

Our collections are carefully stored in a temperature-controlled atmosphere while in our ownership. They are only removed for inspection, photographing, and packaging purposes, and protective gloves are used at all times.

Once an item is received by the recipient, we can no longer control the way the item is handled. Even the slightest change in condition, like a smudge or the loss of plastic on the hardware of bag, substantially reduces the value of the item. 

Our promise to our clients is that the item will arrive in the condition represented on our website. As a result, by enforcing a "final sale" policy, we assure that all of our items are in the in the exact condition as they are indicated.

Will I Be Charged Custom Duties?

Yes. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 

Clients are responsible for all customs charges.

Purse Utopia is an independent vender. While the Company sells only authentic branded merchandise, but Purse Utopia is not affiliated with or an official licensed boutique of the brands it sells.
