I am always nervous when buying pre-loved but I just want to say PURSE UTOPIA is hands down the best place I have purchased from. The box itself and the bag on the inside were both wrapped with double lavers (I'm assuming in case it gets wet) along with a detailed and personal hand written thank you note.
