Limited Authenticity Warranty

PURSE UTOPIA warrants the authenticity of items sold based on information and methodologies available at the time of authentication. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to provide a refund of the original purchase price, excluding all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, fees, and other charges.

Authentication Dispute Protocol

Authenticity challenges must be initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery and supported by written documentation from a licensed authenticator recognized by established auction houses or luxury brand manufacturers. All costs for independent authentication are borne by the purchaser.

Limitation of Liability

PURSE UTOPIA’s total liability for any authenticity-related claim shall not exceed the original item purchase price. This constitutes the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy.

Section 7 – Shipping Terms & Conditions

Designated Carrier

PURSE UTOPIA exclusively contracts with FedEx for all shipments. Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon FedEx acceptance of the shipment.

Shipping Address Requirements

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Following FedEx shipment confirmation, no address modifications are permitted. Address correction services require a 5% handling fee plus all additional shipping and processing costs.

Section 8 – Import Duties & Taxes (DDP – We Handle Everything)

PURSE UTOPIA handles all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on your behalf. The total price displayed at checkout is final – no additional charges will be required upon delivery.

Final Pricing Guarantee

U.S. Regulatory Compliance

Our checkout system incorporates all current U.S. customs regulations, including the May 2025 elimination of the de minimis exemption threshold, ensuring accurate duty calculations for all U.S. deliveries.

Geographic Coverage

This comprehensive DDP service is available for all international destinations we serve. You pay once at checkout, and we handle everything else.

Section 9 – Shipment Refusal & Abandonment Policies

Refused Delivery Consequences

Should a purchaser decline to remit required customs charges, resulting in shipment return, any refund eligibility will be reduced by:

Original outbound shipping charges
Return freight and handling costs
Administrative processing fees
Any non-recoverable carrier or customs charges

Abandoned Shipment Policy

Shipments destroyed due to non-payment of obligations, abandoned, or confiscated result in complete forfeiture of the purchase amount with no refund consideration.

Governmental Action

PURSE UTOPIA bears no responsibility for shipments delayed, seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities or other governmental agencies.

Section 10 – Sales Finality & Transaction Modification Policy

All transactions are final upon order confirmation. No cancellations, returns, refunds, or modifications are permitted following purchase completion, except as specifically provided under the limited authenticity warranty in Section 6.

Post-Purchase Modification Restriction

Following checkout completion, order modifications including address changes, item substitutions, or delivery instructions are not accepted under any circumstances.

Address Correction Fee Structure

Shipping information errors requiring order reprocessing will incur a service fee equal to 5% of the total order value plus all additional logistical costs, carrier charges, and administrative expenses.

Shipment Confirmation Finality

Upon FedEx shipment confirmation, all order terms become irrevocable with no modification rights available to the purchaser.

Limited Return Protocol

In the sole instance of authorized returns under authenticity warranty provisions, the purchaser remains fully liable for all return shipping costs, customs duties, clearance fees, and associated charges.

PURSE UTOPIA expressly disclaims and excludes liability for any consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or indirect damages arising from any transaction or use of our services.

The service and all products are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Force Majeure Exclusion

PURSE UTOPIA assumes no liability for performance delays or failures caused by customs authorities, governmental actions, carrier limitations, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond reasonable commercial control.

Section 15 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PURSE UTOPIA and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 16 – Cookies Usage Policy

We utilize permanent cookies in order to record the definition marks of the web servers that clients visit. Cookies are necessary to record the customer’s device exchanging data with our site server. Personal information such as an address, phone number, email address, and credit card number is not collected by cookies on this website.
